Managing Director Sharon Prior

Managing Director Sharon Prior has worked in a diverse range of management roles within the retail and fitness industries before being involved within the family business as a gardener, social support provider, domestic assistance provider and office manager. Client service and satisfaction have been Sharon’s priorities throughout her career and she has a strong belief in continuing the personal, flexible and respectful service that was started by her parents over 20 years ago.

With a focus on high quality client service management, Rosemary’s Home Care Service always provides a caring, empathic and problem solving approach to ensure the clients receive a high level of service at all times. Any queries or issues are efficiently handled by the Office staff with the goal of client satisfaction. Good communication between Rosemary’s Home Care Service clients, staff and agencies has been the key to success.

Rosemary’s Home Care Service Staff

Sharon has a pool of over 50 Home Care Service workers that she uses to provide the suite of services offered by the business. The workers go through a comprehensive hiring process. The qualities that Sharon looks for in her workers are maturity, life experience, a hard work ethic and a personable and friendly disposition. Honesty and reliability are crucial traits for Rosemary’s Home Care Service staff. Rosemary’s Home Care Service is proud to say many workers have been with the company for well over 5 years, some even from when the business was first established.

Check for the Elderly

All of Rosemary’s Home Care Service staff must have a Police Clearance and a DCSI (Department of Community and Social Inclusion) Check for the Elderly. This has ensured that staff are trustworthy and honest. All staff are covered by the comprehensive insurance policy that Rosemary’s Home Care Service has.
